Role & Scope

• Served as Principal UX/UI Architect for a suite of enterprise SaaS products in the energy sector.

• Brought a consistent design language and information architecture across historically siloed modules.

• Partnered with Product and Engineering leadership to define a UX roadmap aligned to long-term platform strategy.

Information Architecture

ENTERPRISE WORKFLOWS & INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE

• Mapped complex B2B workflows (contracts, trading, operations, reporting) across roles and business units.

• Re-structured navigation and page layouts to make critical actions and insights more discoverable.

• Reduced reliance on tribal knowledge by exposing context and next steps directly in the UI.

• Designed for heavy, repeated daily use rather than occasional “tourist” visits—prioritizing speed, keyboard usage, and clear error handling.

UI Modernization

DESIGN SYSTEM & UI MODERNIZATION

• Introduced design-system thinking to unify typography, color, components, and interaction patterns.

• Worked with front-end teams to create reusable component libraries that could be consumed across products.

• Modernized legacy screens without breaking customers’ existing mental models or workflows.

• Helped Sales and Marketing tell a more compelling visual story during demos and RFPs.

UX Maturity

STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENT & UX MATURITY

• Educated cross-functional leaders on the value of UX research, prototyping, and iterative testing.

• Facilitated design reviews that focused on user journeys and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetics.

• Mentored designers and front-end engineers, raising the overall level of UX craft across the organization.
